SMART PNEUMATIC SHOCK ABSORBERS ISR NK
NK ISR systems effectively combine new-generation air shocks with a new system of electro-pneumatic control in which the sensors and control valves have been integrated into a compact module, integrated in the pneumatic chamber of the shock. NK ISR system consists of three pneumatic shock absorber master units with their respective sensor systems and respective pneumatic valves and one or more slave dampers, (together with the purpose of sharing a load).
The system control is performed by a 3 channel control unit with PC interface, RS-232 port that receives data from electronic sensors connected to the damper that send information corresponding to installation level and compares this information with the established adjustment values. Monitoring of values and the variation of them is made via a laptop PC connected to the interface unit (soon this operation can be made via internet).
The basic version of the NK ISR smart air shocks system is programmed at the factory. The following parameters can be modified, inspected and stored by the software application:
– Restoration of the process
– Permissible deviation
– Response time
– Intermediate level
These parameters remain in effect even after power loss of the system.
The user-specified tolerance can be set as a default setting toavoid overreactions. The zero positions of regulated air shocks are adjusted with a potentiometer built into the control unit.
A control device for manual operation or connection to a PC port allows you to select the following parameters:
– Leveling system (horizontal installation).
– Tracking of the position at each facility (working height).
– Selection of high tolerance and restoration process.
– Response time delayed or suppressed when a dynamic impact.
– Monitoring and documentation.
ADVANTAGES
– The integration of a non-contact level scanner eliminates the need for separate scanning levels of the machine.
– Valves for filling / emptying of the inner cavity of the air in the cushion can be regulated to fulfill the “clean room” environment.
– Information management through a menu-driven control software for ease of use.
– Record data.
– Very low natural frequencies of the order of 1.5 Hz
– Remote control internet soon.
