HEAD’S PILLAR BENCHES

This type of bench is especially recommended for those cases for reasons of weight or provision can not apply other banking systems and have to use props to make the transmission of forces in the heads of the pillars.

The bench is composed of a metal structure that relies on shock absorbers “sandwich” type that are installed on the head of the column, having previously mounted a metal plate support, anchored to the ledge of the pillar. The type of shock is formed by two metal plates10 to 15 mm thick, depending on the load to bear (rubber pads are installed between that will support the load), the available load  and anger in terms of reactions to be support each pillar, due to the geometry and arrangement of machines.

The formats are the more standard 250 x 250 mm, 300 x 300 mm, 400 x 400 mm and 500 x 500 mm, being able to make other sizes, the thickness is between 50 and 60 mm. The loads are variable, ranging from 250 kg to 25,000 kg load point, with a deflection of 5mm.

This type of damper is supplied with double anti-corrosive primer composed of anti-oxidant and a base layer of protection to plastics and rubber, which gives it greater resistance to moisture, salt water and oxidation.
