The floating concrete benches are made of a concrete slab which has an elastic element placed evenly over entire surface that will form the bench. There are models with specific thicknesses and densities, depending on the machinery that will endure. Will be sized according to the following parameters:

– Distribution of loads.
– Permissible overload subfloor or slab that supports it.
– Dynamic characteristics of the machine.
– Attenuation required for compliance.

FLOATING CONCRETE BENCHES LOW FREQUENCY SYSTEM

It consists of concrete slabs made ​​”in situ” on top of a material that acts as permanent formwork, usually high density mineral wool (100 kg / m3) or expanded polyethylene sheets, which are integrated rubber pads BF series, arranged according to endure the load(weight of the slab + machinery to be installed) with a distribution calculated for each buffer has the same deflection and thus the same performance.

 

The composition of the bench would be: PE polystyrene protective film, mineral wool or expanded polystyrene 30 mm thick, rubber cushions BF series, anti-impact sheet of 5 mm, corrugated steel mesh mounted with spacers, concrete for slab, thickness to be determined (not less than 100 mm) and a hardness not less thanH-250.

 

 

 

 

 

 

CONCRETE BENCHES WITH IPALASTIC SYSTEM

They consist of concrete slabs made ​​”in situ” on top of fiberglass molded synthetic binder panels, designed to facilitate the construction of floating floors quickly, accurately and effectively.

 

Pre-compressed fibers panels act as elastic as in the same time as permanent formwork. IPALASTIC panels have a format of 1,150 x 550 mm and a maximum load of 2,000 kg per m2, and its optimal loading of 1,500 kg/m2, the slab thickness can vary between 8 and 15 mm thick.

 

The composition of the bench would be: PE polystyrene protection of film, IPALASTIC panel, anti-impact sheet of 5 mm, corrugated steel mesh mounted with spacers, concrete for the slab thickness to determine a hardness not less than H-250.

 

 

 

 

 

CONCRETE BENCHES WITH JET ELEVEL SYSTEM
Jet elevel system consists in making benches and raised floors with concrete slabs made ​​”in situ” easy and simple way with minimal cost. Jet elevel dampers 250 / 500 are integrated into the concrete after setting, acts on the lifting bolts and raising the slab, leaving only supported on elastic supports, thus obtaining a fast and efficient system of isolation, giving excellent anti-vibration properties for use in situations requiring high performance. Anti-vibration features are conferred by dampers installed according to the load and distribution of support.

 

There are two types of dumper for two different loads a 250 kg and 500 kg, both are made of rubber 35 ° shore. The thickness of the concrete slab is 100 mm, other thicknesses and can take place with the application of height adapters.

 

Among the advantages of the Jet elevel system, highlights the fact that do not retains rainwater as other systems, their installation can be performed on uneven terrain and even in places other than their final location, which can be transported with the hooks of travel.

INERTIAL BENCHES

The inertial benches are designed to provide mass to the base of the machine and be able to absorb the stresses caused by running on machines that do not have a rigid base of support, non-uniform distribution of weight and high natural frequency of the system; we recommend the installation of this bench in any of this cases. They are manufactured in a standard frame profiles, ready for pouring concrete. The design of the profiles are made ​​based on the mass to be added to equipment to be installed. The frame comes equipped with steel mesh to cast with tension. 

 

The frame of the bench has some support brackets welded to the shock dumpers, these are selected for proper load distribution and frequency of resonance fo reach machine. This type benches has limiting  balance. These limits are recommended for journeys starting and stopping of great teams with unbalanced forces.
